I’m Jeremy Lipps — a writer, digital communications professional, and independent historian based in Northern California. My mother is Mexican, and I’ve spent a lifetime traveling there, from small family gatherings to the great museums of Mexico City. That connection is what drew me to the Mexica podcast, where I explore one of history’s most compelling and misunderstood stories: the Spanish Conquest.
I also wrote the biographical stage play Badfish: Story of a Punk about Sublime frontman Bradley Nowell.
I live in Northern California with my family and dogs.
